Marigowda Memorial Hall, Lalbagh, Bangalore on 8th August, 2003 Dr. Prem Nath was the Chief Guest to the General Assembly Meeting of the AAFFOSTI held at the CFTRI, Mysore On 7th December, 2003 during which he released the AAFFEXIONS – Special Annual Number 2003. Participated in the Fourth National Symposium on Noni for Empowerment and Prosperity held during October 24-25, 2009 in Chennai, organized by World Noni Research Foundation, Chennai as the Chairman of the Technical Session I-Crop Improvement and Production. Dr. Prem Nath was invited to be the Chief Guest during inaugural session of the International Agri and Floritech Expo held on November 6-9, 2009 at Palace Ground, Bangalore, where 350 Exhibitors from Flora and Agro Tech, Rice and Grain Tech and Bakery and Food Tech participated. Dr. Prem Nath Chaired the Technical Session–1 on Crop Improvement and the last Plenary Session during the National Symposium on Onion Garlic Production and Post-Harvest Management-Challenges and Strategies organized by Indian Society of Vegetable Science, National Research Centre for Onion and Garlic and National Horticultural Research and Development Foundation at Nashik, Maharashtra held during 19th – 21st November 2000. Dr. Prem Nath, Chaired the Technical Session II – Country paper presentation on ‘Institutional and Technical Capacity Building on Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture (UPA) in Asia’ in the international workshop on 29th June, 2005 at Bangalore The Chairman, PNASF, Chaired the Session 3 - in the 3rd International Cucurbit Symposium on September 16, 2005 at Townsville, Australia. Participated in the first World Noni Congress 2010 with the theme -Noni for Global Wellness, organized by the World Noni Research Foundation, Chennai and held during October 01-03, 2010 at Trade Centre, Chennai. A talk on "Overview of the Asian Horticulture" was delivered by the Chairman, PNASF to the staff and students of the Department of Horticulture at the Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, Hyderabad, December, 2000. Dr. Prem Nath addressed the Valedictory function organized by the Agri-Horticulture Society, Hyderabad held on 1st December, 2000. The Chairman, PNASF presented a speech on World Consumers Day on Food Safety, Security and World Trade Organization organized by the Ministry of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Bangalore held on 15th March, 2001 at the Banquet Hall, Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore.
